Usage dashboard for AI, automations, and integrations

If you’ve ever wondered where all your AI credits have gone or which automation has eaten all the monthly runs, now you can answers these questions:

Go to SettingsExtra usage and find out who’s your org’s top tokenmaxxxer, which automation goes brrr, and which integration syncs half the internet.

Then consider one of these action items:

  1. Optimize automations and integrations that consume an oversized portion of resources: for example, ensure you’re batching effectively and sync only what you need.

  2. Switch to MCP for the most challenging AI tasks like creating custom apps.

  3. Enable extra usage in case everything looks good, and you’ve just outgrown your plan.

Since we are historically bad at tracking your data (usually this is a good thing!), the charts for automations and integrations will only appear starting from September 2026. AI goes back a while, though.

Manually edit custom app’s code

You can now open any custom App’s code and edit it directly — no AI in the loop. Some of you write code and asked for this, so here it is. All power to the humans!

Open an App in Edit mode, go to Code tab, make your changes, press Save. Give it a few seconds while the App rebuilds.

It’s meant for tweaks to AI-generated code — small ones, or not so small. You can edit existing files, but adding and deleting files isn’t supported yet.

Switch between desktop tabs faster

Tabs you open in the background load quietly and stay ready, so switching to them is instant, no blank screens.

The app opens faster, and tabs you haven’t used in a while go to sleep to save memory.

:butterfly: Improvements

  • Comments added via MCP now have a corresponding badge to help you distinguish between fully human and potentially AI contributions.

  • History: you won’t see via UI on almost every single entry in Entity and View history, we’ve remove this clutter.

  • Space templates: the modal you see when sharing a Space as a template now looks nicer (and features a dog!).

  • Currency exchange: you can now select specific currency pairs you’re interested in to avoid syncing a combinatorial explosion.

:shrimp: Fixed Bugs

  • Views:

    • Duplicate option is missed in actions on nested views

    • It’s possible to edit locked entities by batch actions

    • ‘Convert to’ should not be displayed for public views

    • Multiple selector values re-ordering after batch update

    • Duplicated units for related entity Field in specific case

    • Missing scroll bar in the list of fields when bath edit is selected in the context menu

  • Entity View: Click to open tooltips don’t display if hover on > button in expanded pinned fields

  • Whiteboard:

    • Hiding an embedded view does not hide the view it contains for other users in other browser sessions

    • If the capslock is enabled shortcuts such as “i” for (Insert a card) no longer works

    • Different text elements with different sizes won’t align correctly

    • Whiteboard zoom (Cmd+0 and zoom-level menu) resolves to double the intended value when devicePixelRatio ≠ 2

    • Hiding a section does not hide the embedded view it contains

  • Forms:

    • It’s impossible to unhide the Field on Form if “Always require a value” toggle was enabled

    • [Dark Theme] There are white borders around the full-add form

  • History:

    • Actions reordering is visible only in details. Missing this action in the Activity log

    • Field creator doesn’t propagate baggage for async jobs (integrations case)

  • Undo:

    • Not informative error in Undo details if try to Undo “add” record for deleted entity/view

    • Unable to revert field description value

  • Comments: Inline comment icons overlap each other if comments are added to the text table cell

  • Avatars: Fibermoji blinking when open user selector if custom avatar is uploaded for users

  • Fields:

    • ‘Notify people when they’re added’ toggle turns off once you change relation cardinality

    • Default name is missed when create People field if default name has been taken already

    • Redundant confirmation popup on adding some Fields

  • Mobile: Close button does not work for condition selector in date filters

  • Automations: Replace ‘Open database’ to ‘Open Rule/Button’ for automation notifications

Favorite feature of today! Thank you!!

I noticed something similar today with automation rules showing “via Automation Rule”, but it seems this also went away. Indeed cleaner!

Lovely update thank you!
