Attach PDF using template Missing from Then Action

Hi,
I tried following topic
How to Generate and Send Custom Designed PDF Files

But when i reach the step that asking to choose Attach PDF using template from Rule action , I sont see these option.

Have you got the Files field enabled for the database?
