In this context, essential features like * find and replace , * sort and move text through keyboard shortcuts , * apply highlights via keyboard shortcuts , and others, are basic functions that users rightfully expect from a decent text editor.
Thanks for the feedback.
I think you should consider adding feature requests for specific things, in order to allow others to cast votes on what they value, or adding your vote/comments to existing topics that might be close/related e.g.
I was wondering if there is a way of doing search and replace of a particular string in Fibery. I discovered that in a few spots, I had made wrote a name wrong and would like to correct it for future reference. Right now, I am just searching for the items and changing them one by one. The search panel also resets everytime I go into an entity to make the change so the process is very tedious. I am hoping there is a better way.
It is easier to do this when things are entities because you can jus…
When I’m redacting a scenario or instructions, I use numbered lists to keep track of the order. I often need to change the order in my documents. In Google/Microsoft docs, there is a keyboard shortcut to do that. You select the lines you want to reorder and press SHIFT + ALT and the UP and DOWN arrows :

It saves a lot of time and help to think. I happen not using Fibery Docs only for that. Would it be possible to add this feature to Fibery docs (RTF)?
Many thanks!

We have many requests to drag and drop paragraphs, list items and so on in rich edit area. Now we implemented a prototype, like an experimental feature, to make it happen.
You can use Esc button (or Cmd + click) on any block to select it and then you can drag and drop it. You can push Esc several times to select top level blocks.
See how it works and try for yourself. It is interesting to hear your feedback!
In Rich Text editor, currently we need to click twice to highlight: first click dropdown menu, then chose a color of choice. Would be nice if it can remember the last choice and we can just click on the highlight icon (red box below) to highlight the text. In the case that we need to change color, we can click the dropdown arrow to choose another one. It’s basically the same UI, and feel more intuitive to use.
Even better, if there is a keyboard shortcut key for the highlight function!
