Relation views within entities can be edited by architects just like normal views can be, they need auditing as well. And entity views (multiple entity views names, order of them, rules, order of fields, whether it is compact of relation view, etc.) can also be changed by all architects.
For example, I have an entity view now which i SWEAR was not in thie order. And i think it was due to a change in relation I did, or maybe someone touched it, i dont know. But when ordering a lot of fields in an entity, making sure things are in the proper order can be a pain the ass at the moment, so knowing if someone touched something would be helpful.
