Hi,
The pill shape by default inserts a circle. You can reshape it to a pill shape by resizing it, but it isn’t an intuitive user experience.

It doesn’t seem to be a bug 
What’s happening is that Fibery remembers the last used size for shapes. If the previous shape was a square, the “pill” will appear as a circle because it uses those same dimensions.
You can easily reshape it into a pill by adjusting its width but we get that it’s not the most intuitive experience, and it’s something we’re keeping in mind for improvement.
