On the desktop app if you use the grab tool either by clicking or holding down space bar it will revert back to the arrow.
as soon as you click the grab icon will show but the open hand doesn’t show.
EDIT: This can probably be closed I’m actually seeing this across a few sites so seems more of a “My machine” Problem
