ISSUE: it is inconsistent as to what is the basis of the export placement of the shapes from whiteboard to the png.
RECOMMENDATION: Can we just have a fix zoom property similar to any figma/word/powerpoint where if I zoom, the properties of the shape and text are not distorted. It is a shame that the text font size are not being followed. This leads to a inconsistent export png dimensions
Hi @Sppam_Kontrol , thanks for reporting. Forward the issue to the team.
In the images @Sppam_Kontrol provided there are two issues. First that the section headers have different sizes and second that the icon titles are cut.
According to the first issue, I can confirm that the export into the image always uses 100% zoom level atm. Can I ask you which one of actions did you use to make an export? Like the whole whiteboard or selection or else? We will think about it.
The second issue will be fixed within next release.
@Viktar_Zhuk The export image was done for the whole whiteboard. But, i think it should support regardless if it is a whole or selected. The reason is that some whiteboard may have multiple section of diagrams. These are instances where it would be better UX for some who wishes to make like multiple drafts/versions of diagrams within the same whiteboard for similar topics.
It would be nice to have like a page size (imaginary/guide lines) so we can design and knowingly that the diagram will work once it is exported or printed with better PPI. Similar to Diagrams app (google) where if I select a A4 size (or a customized page print), a guideline is provided.
