If you try to change a letter from lower to upper case it doesn’t work.
Example: change Test case → Test Case.
Expected: new name is Test Case
Actual: new name is Test case
I couldn’t reproduce

Sorry, that is in the TYPE name, NOT the ENTITY name (updated original description).
Yeah, I see what you mean now.
I think the easy fix is to change the type name to something totally different, and then change it back (with the upper/lower-case as you wish).
The grey blank period is a page refresh

Yeap, that is how we updated it 
But still, that is a minor bug.
