Sort table by public ID

I was curious if it is possible to sort by Public ID now and I am just missing this? I can’t click on the public ID column in a few of my tables and have them sort, nor can I find public ID in the sort menu in some tables. I discussed this with @Chr1sG sometime ago here:

You can probably go through your audit log to see if there were items created between Dec 4th and Dec 10th to check whether it is behaving as expected.
Wrt sorting, since public ids are incremented for each newly created entity, sorting by creation date is the same as sorting by public Id (at least within a single database).

By the way, is there a particular reason why you would want to sort by public ID?

And to reinforce the need for my team, we have some very relevant db’s that have public ID’s that are out of whack due to what appeared to be a bug in their creation that I also documented in that thread.

If sorting by public ID needs to be requested, I’m happy to create the request and I’ll use one of my votes on it.
