Slow december happening this year?

Found that in previous years there was so much value added from working on the little things in no particular theme. Little Christmas presents :hugs:

I don’t think it happened last year, but I also don’t remember reading if there was a reason why.

Curious if this tradition has ended, and also if so, why. Lots to learn from how you run the company internally!!

We did it twice and in nearest future are not going to repeat it. Now we have way more clear vision and just want to focus on execution. However, it may still happen in the future
