Select field display options (with/without dropdown)

Select field display settings:

  1. Default: dropdown.

  2. Single Select field option: Radiobuttons instead of a dropdown.
    Benefit: saves one click.

  3. Multi-select field option: Checkboxes in a row instead of dropdown.
    Benefit: saves one click.

RE Radio buttons - it is valid to have NO single-select option selected, so it would need to be possible for the user to “clear” a currently-selected radio option.
