Currently I have to re-create the report over and over. But I want to be able to save time on that by re-using pieces of existing reports as a base to create the new ones.

‘Duplicate’ is available from the options menu for reports
Your first image is the options menu for the widget. If you open/expand the report, the options menu includes ‘Duplicate’
