We noticed today that the pinned filters are no longer showing up at the top. I checked he setup and they are still setup there.
Did they move somewhere else or are they just not working right now?
Are they working for anyone else or is just our account?

Maybe what you are seeing is related to last Thursday’s release. Before this release all disabled-but-pinned filters would show on your views. Now they don’t. Currently, the only way to have a pinned-filter is if it is enabled. Based on the conversation from that release, @mdubakov confirmed this is a bug and will be fixed.
So if you go to your filters and it shows pinned but is greyed out, that is the problem. 90% of my pinned filters also disappeared which I’ve been getting lots of complaints about from users. Hopefully this will get fixed in tomorrow’s release 
Thanks, that was the issue exactly. We had them disabled by default and could be toggled on. If I enable them by default then the show up.
