+1 for renaming. We do this all the time. For example, some people upload files with random file names like “135155dsfs1gd358gsa81.jpg” which is a bit lazy just upload however it came from the source system. But then after uploading it we want to apply a proper naming convention so the words have context so you don’t need to download or preview “peek” to find out the file contents.
