Occasionally unable to edit Rules in desktop app

A few times I have experienced an issue where I’m unable to edit rules when working in the desktop app (Windows). Most of the UI seems responsive. I can navigate to other views and spaces, other rules, etc. But when clicking on a field within the rule, they do not respond or become active/in focus. This includes the name, the rule description, and any of the triggers, actions, and filters.

Sometimes using Reload (ctrl+R) and Force Reload (ctrl+shift+R) refresh the page and let me edit the rule. Just recently, these did not work. But I left the app idle for a few minutes (while working in the browser) and then I was able to edit the rule in the desktop app again.

I have never faced this issue in the browser.
