When pasting multi selected data out of a spreadsheet into rich text fields, the data is pasted into the text field to the right of the rich text field.
This is inconvenient to have to “hand do”, though the initial error is easily reverted with a ctrl Z.
Unfortunately, when a rich text field is displayed in a table, what you see is a ‘snippet’ which is read only.
It therefore does not lend itself to pasting in content I’m afraid.

Would it be possible to have the copy paste “fail” to paste rather than paste into the other text field which is not the intended pasting location?
Yeah, that’s not good I agree! We should at least fix that
