I love that the inbox has a filter feature, but recently learned a team member went weeks not receiving notifications because they had applied a filter and forgot about it.
Is it possible to have a more pronounced indicator that there is a filter applied? Like a counter showing the number of notifications that are hidden? Or maybe some session management that shows an indicator that a filter has been applied the next time the inbox is open?
I’m not sure this is desired behavior, but when a filter is applied the counter in the siderbar will only count inbox notifications that match the filter.
