In our transition from craft-based founders-led team to effective mature organisation we want to implement and automate some business processes using Fibery. The objective for the pilot project is to set-up corporate Fibery instance and create in it the workspace and operational environment for one of our teams which shall combine:

  • KPIs assocuiated with owners
  • Standards (how the properly done work looks like)
  • SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures = clear description of the sequence of actions to hav ethe job done)
  • Target levels for KPIs
  • Reviewing cadence
    On top of it, Ideally - canban-style working boards, task manager.
    The instance need to be connected to HubSpot, ChartMigul, UserPilot.
    Looking for an advisor on the project basis
