Locations are Inconsistent in Structure and Lack Linking

Looking at my screenshot, we can see how the location with AddressPart works great for India, but does not work that well for Singapore or the Philippines:

1. Singapore has—aside of the full address—an entry called Singapore which should represent the city. However, said entry lacks both region and country information, which means I cannot use a formula to set those.
2. The Philippines work inconsistently as we can see with Makati vs. Cainta. Makati is part of Metro Manila, but does not get listed as such…

Overall, I would like to ask for two fixes/improvements:

1. Ensure that we don’t have empty data fields especially within a country
2. I noticed that despite using the World space, it’s not possible to connect the Location to the structured data in World at least at the country level.
