If we wanted to use our workspace as a document database, when would we run out of storage?
And if this becomes an issue, can we instead elect to store files on a specific cloud solution?
Without sounding weasel-wordy, we do reserve the right to discontinue providing service if there is abuse, and Fibery is not a cloud storage service per se … so ‘unlimited’ is considered to mean ‘unlimited (subject to fair use)’.
But more importantly, I would caution against using Fibery as ‘cloud storage’ since it is not designed/optimised for this purpose.
Then how would you suggest integrating into a workflow where multiple megabytes of files are created, each needing tracked changes and distinct revisions? Files need to be accessed remotely.
We’re attempting to move away from storing everything in folders on OneDrive because it’s unmaintainable and poorly indexed. I’ve suggested a document version control solution, but we need the changes to feed directly into email notifications and workflow automations.
