When a user has access to a grouping database, but no access to the child database of the grouping, the grouping entity still appears as ‘Untitled’. Can this be hidden?

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by ‘has access to a grouping database’. Do you mean that the Access database is in a space where the user has some access (Viewer or above)?
Does the Access entity view have no visible fields?
