Hi folks.
There is an integration for Gitlab.com. Is there also a possibility to integrate with on-premise/self-hosted Gitlab?
If no, are there any plans for adding this?

There is currently no support for self-hosted Gitlab, and probably not enough demand for it to become a high-priority feature to be worked on in the near future
