How do I clear formatting from a table in Rich Text

When pasting tables into Rich text, I need to paste with formatting to preserve the table but then all other styling is also pasted in. There doesn’t seem to be an option to either paste without formatting (but keeping the table structure) or removing formatting once I’ve pasted a table. Or is there a shortcut or an option I’m missing?

Hi there, Is this issue still valid for you?

When I paste a table, no formatting is preserved:

Is this how you wanted this to be?

Not quite. In your screenshot, there’s no borders in the header column. You can’t easily add these borders to pasted tables and you can’t create a no-borders table when using Fibery UI. So pasted tables always look different from tables created directly in Fibery and there’s no way to make them uniform, apart from always pasting them or always recreating them. I’d like the ability to make all my tables look the same.

Have you considered embedding the table view into the rich text?

You can find the command in the / menu

Or type “<<” and find the view you’re looking for.
