Formula to check if the description field (rich text) is empty or not?

Yes, I think it’s a bug or the feature has not yet been implemented.

Formula for checking if the description field(rich text) is empty, is not working

I have tried IsEmpty(Description) to check if the description field is empty or not. But it keeps returning the same value in every entity. Everything is returned as non-empty. Performance does not seems to be the issue because I have waited around half an hour after the formula has been entered.
