Easy way to view Avatar Field image in large size and Download it

I’m using the Avatar for my CRM, clients and companies have the Avatar field.

I normally need to download the image of the avatar frequently. It looks like there’s no easy way to view the image in large size and neither download.

It would be awesome to have some option to at least download the image.

To clarify the issue with downloading the Avatar Image, I tried several methods but none were successful:

  • I attempted to right-click to find a download option, but this didn’t work.
  • When I clicked to view the image so I could download, that also failed. It shows only an option to replace the avatar.
  • Dragging and dropping the image into Finder wasn’t successful either.

I think this is a great feature request! I remember feeling like the avatar field could use some additional functionality and wasn’t able to migrate a company from Netsuite to Fibery as a CRM because of a few UX barriers like that.

A workaround could be setting up an automation so every time an Avatar is uploaded, the file is downloaded and reuploaded as a regular file attachment. That would let you access the file in the files section like other Fibery attachments.
