Disabling an access template is counter intuitive

When a rule is disabled, it won’t operate.
When an access template is disabled, it still operates. < I pulled my hair before finding this out.

I think there is a problem with the terminology used here, and we should not call it ‘Disabling’ but ‘Hiding’.

The user guide says:
" Disable an access template to hide it from the sharing dropdown. Users who received access using this access template will retain it, but it won’t be possible to select the disabled template when sharing with new people."

If we rename it to Hiding, then the true disabling is still very much needed. I am constantly testing new access templates and having to delete and add them is a lot of work.
Please introduce a true disabling like in rules.
