Trying to drag-and-drop causes pointer cursor to appear and the page to freeze
Edit: page not actually frozen, but nothing is clickable aside from scroll bars
Did you try turning on Architect Mode? It can be toggled by pressing Shift twice or by selection the tool icon in the top left.
