I am not sure if I’m missing a setting or best practice when it comes to the monthly calendar view.
Whenever I open a view of my Google Calendar events, it defaults to some other month or earlier in the current month and I constantly have to scroll to see today’s date.
Is there some way to make this better?

Hitting the ‘today’ button every time you get into the calendar view seems quicker than scrolling. Any reason you don’t do that?
Needed to wait a few days to confirm, the today button does not actually bring one to today’s date in the monthly calendar view. It brings you to the current month. Then you have to scroll when the full month does not fit on the monitor
Would you rather have a custom 30-day view, centered on today?
