If I create a nested document, open it, then rename it, the name as shown in the parent doc link does not change (and cannot be changed).
Further, if I use # to insert another link to the same nested doc, this shows its ORIGINAL name, not its current name.
The nested doc appears with its new name in the # search list (“New document 3334”), but the inserted reference shows its old name (“New document”).
