UX and efficiency Issue:
Rules are tucked away, which is good for end users but not for creators.
Take into account that AI and workflows heavily depend on rules, and Fibery users will want to easily access them.
There are currently two ways to display a rule:
- The popup-window (entity three-dot menu > Configure fields > Scroll down, fiend rule, click Edit). I avoid using the popup-window because when saving a rule, the popup window closes and editing the rule requires the find the rule all over again.
- The database rule configuration page ( click database name > find and expand Rules > click rule). I prefer the database rule configuration page, which I often leave open in a new browser tab when working with it.
Suggested solution:
Seen the current worldwide focus on AI workflows, I suggest to make life easier for workflow creators and have a one-click button in the entity view that shows ‘pinned rules’ in order to easily edit these rules.
