I like using a whiteboard to get a visual representation of my Activities → User Stories, which are two databases.

I go in every week and update the whiteboard by removing all items and then adding all Activities and User Stories.

Could we get a setting to keep a white board up to date with a set of databases?

I think this could be quite useful but tricky to do well. But what I think that could be useful is to be able to check a box in the multi-entry adding dialogue to select to be alerted when opening the board, if based on the query, items should be added or removed.

So to store the query with the whiteboard.

And, to be honest, at least for me, I would not need this, if the [Board View allows for drill-down](https://community.fibery.io/t/add-levels-to-board-view/8515) 😉
