Hi,

This is a related issue I wanted to ask about connected around this feature I discovered here:

> [@Cross Entity "Tags" via using Single Select and keeping names identical?](https://community.fibery.io/t/cross-entity-tags-via-using-single-select-and-keeping-names-identical/577):
>
> Hi guys, If you have a chance, I’d love to get your feedback here: I was trying to categorize Types within in App. Ideally, I would like to do this with “tags,” but they don’t exist yet as such. I believe you have talked about an extension for tags. So what I did as an experiment was I created a single-select in both of the Types in question, that I want to have in the same “category” of Type. My example is I have two types of Vendors, “Suppliers” and “Growth Vendors”. In order to try to …

If I have a board and I filter for a checkbox “is” checked, then I would like to have new entities that I add pick up the checkbox as “checked” automatically. When I do this now, the checkbox is left empty, even though the filter is only for “checked.” This has the funny effect that the entity will immediately disappear of the board, since it is not getting the “checked” attribute and thus the filter removes it.

If I try the same filter using a single-select, then the new entity has the selection from that single-select.

This seems related to this item:

> [@When adding Entity to filtered Board, entity does not automatically meet filter criteria](https://community.fibery.io/t/when-adding-entity-to-filtered-board-entity-does-not-automatically-meet-filter-criteria/457):

> Hi there, I’ve noticed that when I create a Board and add filters to it (e.g. a board for the Type “Tasks”, filtered to tasks related to a particular Type “Project”), the new entities I add within this Board don’t automatically have that relationship to that project filled in. This makes it time consuming to add tasks that match several criteria, since I have to create them then go back and manually set the same criteria on each. This is the last real blocker that’s stopping me from continuous …

Which is why I am posting here in bugs.

Thanks guys for helping!
