I have a script from a year ago which used to consistently create avatars in my subscriptions database using Google’s favicon API `https://www.google.com/s2/favicons?domain={{website}}&sz=256`
But, it stopped working earlier this year. I can only figure that it isn’t working because the url doesn’t end in a file type.

When using the API what is the best way to upload these files?
