I just found out you can move documents/whiteboards/views from the private ‘My Space’ to the public ‘Spaces’ (as long as you have creator permissions for views). I think this is very useful! It makes sense to start in ‘My Space’ and develop a draft and then share it with coworkers in a public space to be able to collaborate.

BUT, I think moving these items is too easy, because there is no going back to ‘My Space’ after you move it to a public space. You would have to ‘Copy to My Space’ and then delete the original.

This idea is for a pop-up verification: “Are you sure you want to move this document/whiteboard to [Space Name]? This document/whiteboard will now be public and cannot be converted back to private.”

I know this is a small polishing idea, but I thought it would be worth sharing my experience discovering this feature.
