# UX: Mobile app: Switching between apps requires re-launching

When I open Fibery app, then switch to another app, then come back to Fibery app 30 mins or several hours later, the app appears blank so I need to close it and reopen again.

As far as I remember you’re using the Android version, right? I tested it on iOS and it works perfectly, and I also couldn’t reproduce the issue on Android 14.

Does this happen consistently for you? Could you let me know which Android version you’re using? I’ll try to reproduce it.

Hey Alex, Yeah, I’m on Android 9 I guess (Samsung Galaxy Note 9). This behavior still happens every day, need to close the app and open again.
