Hi all,

I have the following setup with 3 databases in space 1:

- Organisations
- Projects
- Tasks

The main database is organisations. Each of our partner organisation has one or more projects. And each project has several tasks. We have different country regions, so I created some standard views filtered by country region and created for each country region another space. So basically the country region 1 space has only access to organisations, projects and tasks of that region (it’s filtered by that region in the views of that space) and I give them only access as editor. Now they can create projects, organisations and tasks and they are able to view and edit them. But if I personally create a project for that space in that region, they cannot change that project or that organisation or task. I manually have to add a “people” column for that database and have to assign it to the people in that space, only then they are able to change the projects, organisations or tasks that I created.

My question, is there any possibility to easily solve this issue? Just in a way that everyone in that space can do changes, without giving them full creator access. Is my problem understandable? 🙂

there might also be just the possibility to turn off the add “new task”?

I also tried a workaround by just adding a report view listing the pending tasks but with the workaround I cannot directly open the tasks or edit them
