# Unable to view entity after expanded text field is deleted

If an entity has a rich text field and the entity is being viewed with this field expanded to fill the card view, then if the type is edited and this field is deleted, it is no longer possible to exit the expanded view (there is nothing to be viewed and the collapse icon is absent).  
The entity becomes unusable, since the other fields can no longer be viewed/accessed.
