Might be very niche, but when I was trying to search for something, then select it, then search for something else, and then select it, then perform the action in bulk for all selected ones. But when I search, it filters out the one selected and when removing the search it does not come back.

Would be nice if it either came back after the filter/search gets deselected or stays selected in the background when the i start searching.

You might need a make a throw-away View and add filters until you have all your entities visible.

Or create a “temporary” Formula field that can identify them all.

Yeah, possible for filtering. I was using the search, so then it would need to be “Name contains” or “Name contains” batch of filters, at which point i think its faster to to just do a search (it allows for double check that theres only one).

Come to think about it though, I could have just shown the button in the view, then pressed that instead of the check box. Same number of clicks.
