# Readonly only formula fields - Add formula to form

I’d like to add some formula read-only fields to my form to help my users with certain information.  
Example:  
I’m asking users to enter percentage of goal completion towards their target every week. I have a formula to show the last value entered. However, I cannot add this field to the form to show to the user - so I need to use a completely different view to do that.
