I was just writing a similar feature request. I’ll post here my inputs: Enhance File Preview experience for Attached Documents and Media Current Situation: When viewing attached files (images, PDFs, etc.) in the Mac app, the current behavior disrupts workflow continuity. Opening an attachment creates a new tab, and upon closing it, the app doesn’t return to the original context.
