# Pasting SVG into whiteboard causes tab crash, makes whiteboard irrecoverable

Yeah I know I probably shouldn’t have tried but attempting to paste in raw SVG from Omnigraffle (as opposed to / \> add image \> select SVG file) causes browser tab to irrevocably hang (Mac/Brave [Version 1.10.90 Chromium: 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)](https://brave.com/latest/)).

The whiteboard becomes inaccessible and must be deleted.

[The use of SVG in whiteboards is going to be crazily useful by the way - as backgrounds for remote brainstorming like in Mural or Miro]
