# Open items also in dropdown

Would be nice to be able to open a linked node also in a dropdown:

Had the same question… just press Alt then click on the item.

A tooltip explaining this when the mouse is over a second would be very helpful for newcomers.

Yes agreed with you @Jean, already came up once in this forum! Great that we can do this, but it would be good to see the capability more easily!

Funny, I tried ctrl but not with alt. Yes a simple tooltip would be enough.
