## Manage everything shared publicly Is your organization strict about what gets shared outside its boundaries? Now Admins can review everything in their workspace that is [shared externally](https://the.fibery.io/@public/User_Guide/Guide/Public-Sharing-436): ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/fibery/original/2X/4/44bb10f1f99af9274f0747b3b3186640cb9fac0a.png) Navigate to `Settings` → `Public Sharing` to see the list of all items shared to web. This includes Spaces, Space Templates, Entities, Documents, Whiteboards, and Forms (with Reports coming soon). Notice something that shouldn’t be exposed? Unshare it right there: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/fibery/original/2X/b/b1a4ebf2bc14bd0c3558ca5ba598c87199a65713.png) Since [recently](https://the.fibery.io/@public/Changelog/Release/September-25,-2025-Disable-public-sharing-in-a-workspace,-Rename-Name-field-177), you can also disable public sharing for the entire workspace to prevent potential leaks. ## n8n integration (beta) Sometimes, you need to connect Fibery with other tools, and there is no [native integration](https://the.fibery.io/@public/User_Guide/Guide/Import-and-integration-overview-182/anchor=Integration--7800c3dd-6a9f-470f-a7e6-c2edf1610339) đŸ€Ż and you’re not the sort of person to want to develop your own [custom integration](https://the.fibery.io/@public/User_Guide/Guide/Create-Custom-Integrations-83). In this case, a third-party tool like [n8n](https://n8n.io) is the way to go. We’ve had integrations with relay.app, Zapier and [make.com](http://make.com) for some time, and now we’ve added support for Fibery in n8n. At the moment, it’s in beta so **will only work for self-hosted n8n instances** , but we plan to submit it for verification by n8n, which will make it available as a community node for cloud instances. The trigger available is: - Database event (entity created, updated, deleted, etc.) The actions available are: - Get databases - Create entity - Delete entity - Get entity - Get many entities - Update entity To try it out. Board setups can sometimes get quite complex — with many columns, fields, horizontal groupings, and cards packed with information. To make visual navigation simpler, we’ve refined the UI a little. Navigate to any database and click 
 to find `Export data` action - Now you can export all nested entities from Lists and Tables. Click 
 and select Export data to CSV action. Enable `Include all nested entities in collapsed rows` option and enjoy the result - **Styles:** Updated UI styles in some areas around Import and Reports to better align with Fibery style guide - **Reports** : We’ve added `Allow all users to view source data` setting. When enabled, users will be able to see report data ## 🩐 Fixed Bugs - **Whiteboard** : - Sticky Note: Object resize sticks to the cursor if the mouse cursor left the border of the canvas - Text Tool: - Safari/Firefox: Hotkeys for text formatting don’t work on whiteboard - Chrome: Text is invisible on whiteboard if some formatting is applied - Incorrect copy-paste of some text on whiteboard - Text object disappears if trying to change font settings without typing into text object - Huge padding on the right of text object if add text object and then change font size - Section tool: - Not default title for the Frame if you copy-paste the renamed frame and then try to add new frame from scratch - It’s impossible to apply formatting to any object in the Frame on whiteboard - It’s impossible to delete frame without deleting all objects on some whiteboard - Extra blank page in PDF on export frame - Frame copy-paste doesn’t work between multiple whiteboards - When I have a locked shape and I drag other elements over it, I’m unable to select these elements due to the larger shape positioned behind them - Section creation undo works only on the third attempt - Section title background color depends go borders color instead of section bgcolor - Issue with arrows in duplicated section if the section was duplicated using Alt+drag - White square on the section title if copy-paste locked section - Moving the section using the arrow keys does not move its content - Text doesn’t become a part of the section - Some shapes shows resize handlers for certain directions when it actually forbidden to do - **Views** : - Toggle looks enabled for users who is not allowed to change list configuration - Show Create button when context filter is off - Long tab title is not truncated and selector arrow doesn’t display if the view was selected from “+ N more” list - Set focus inside input when rename is pressed - **Integrations** : data digest check fails in some cases leading in extra updates counted against customers usage while there are no actual updates - **Export** : - Missing column in exported file when there are 2 People fields on the board and both have avatar only ‘display as’ option - Replace fibery/user to Default Space/ User and role/ to - Lack of multiple enum values in the exported file - **Board View** : Collapsed column does not get highlighted when cursor is over it during dnd P.S. \*Could we introduce support for Markdown-enabled wordcards(NO sticker) on the whiteboard? This would be a card-like container, distinct from full documents and more structured than plain text, ideal for brain-storming and ideation. The current organization features are excellent, but a lightweight, Markdown-ready card could greatly enhance the upfront ideation phase.\* ---

What caught my eye is the first screenshor. It looks like something between table and list. It looks super clean and I would love to have this design inside Fibery 😃 ---

This separator should be visible on all Boards where no Rows grouping is turned on ---

Maybe just personal taste, but feel inconsistent with other drop area designs, even within the board view itself.  to find `Export data` action Very cool! But I thought this meant embedding the Markdown inside the CSV. That would be awesome! That way you can export as CSV, and then also reimoprt the same csv elsewhere and all the data magically goes where it needs to. Might needs its own post though.. ---

We found it really complicated to support dividers in both rows and columns in a way where they won’t overlap each other in edge cases (when some headers are collapsed or have very long names). So for now it will stay as is ---

I know Directus has this, I haven’t tested Strapi, or other CMS/BaaS tools out there. Not sure if they have live collaboration on the rich text though. But they store the rich text data directly on the entity instead of separate + linked. That probably makes it easier.
