# New AI connector - 2 issues

The new ai connector is fantastic! But I’ve had a couple of issues.

I setup a shopify connector for orders and customers. I even got it working with webhooks! Then I tried to connect it to a second store and wasn’t able to get webhooks working with it. The second store could do a standard sync, but the webhook option was disabled and I was unable to activate it. In this case, we need to be able to provide 3 inputs per connected account (store url, admin api access token, custom app client\_id). I get the impression that the agent wasn’t able to create 3 inputs, but can’t confirm that.

It’s possible that the AI connector would have eventually solved these problems but then it bugged out and I was unable to get it to work again. It stopped working with all model options.
