so far we have this solution in mind. It emulates Workspace | Personal switcher in the sidebar, so should be familiar.
- Admins will be able configure Workspace home page for all people
- A user will have no control over Workspace tab Home page (maybe only hide widgets)
- A user will have full control over Personal tab in Home page
