Fibery does support the German Umlaute (ä, ü, ö) and French letters like é, è… and so on, but somehow they are imported incorrectly. Is that something that could potentially and possibly without much effort be fixed?

It has caused some issues before when I wrongfully thought an Entity doesn’t exist because I couldn’t find it.

Here is an image of how it looks:

This is somewhat related [to my other request.](https://community.fibery.io/t/searching-for-words-containing-a-u-o/3330)

I’m currently doing some backlog grooming, and I came across this issue that I’m not sure is still a problem. I’ve done some tests but have been unable to reproduce it. If the issue still exists, I would need more information to reproduce it.
Thanks.

Importing with a CSV **UTF-8** file correctly imports all special characters. Using standard CSV causes issues.
