# Missing formatting popup bar for selected text in Comments

Comments seem to have text-formatting capability only via the keyboard (e.g. Ctrl+B for boldface) – the Rich Text formatting popup bar does not appear when selecting text in the comment (while editing), so some formatting functions are unavailable.
