May 15, 2025 / The smallest release of all time

First, to have Fibery AI output the project summary into my Project Updates database both on a schedule and using a button in the UI. The button trigger will have the added step of using my Open AI GPT to draft a summary email in my voice.

Secondly, to have Fibery AI generate a State Description on a per-task basis. This is something I’m doing with v1 and it’s quite painful because of poor reasoning and highly inconsistent results.

The final, boss mode implementation, will be the creation of a weekly executive summary. A document that reports the status on my business across all areas (Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Team Happiness, and Finances). I’d run analysis for each area separately and have the automation append the output to rich text.

I’m sure my improvements tracker has a bunch of other use cases here and there too but these are the active ones

Please note that limits for Smart Agent are quite strict so far:
Standard: 20 queries per month + 5 per paid seat
Pro: 100 queries per month + 10 per paid seat
Enterprise: 500 queries per month + 50 per paid seat

We will see the consumption and tune them, but after the release it will be quite restrictive to use in automations extensively

I think Fibery should lean in further with AI and implement a token-based system for overages that is charged once past the allotted threshold on all plans. It may also be useful to separate automation AI interaction from SmartAgent chat queries and charge per automation query.

There are a number of examples of AI-based companies modeling payments this way to account for consumption. If not token-based, just charge for extra queries.

This way, everyone gets their standard amount but is not limited or restricted to it.
