# Markdown link-to-section does not work

Markdown has a default link-to-section code, this does not seem to work in Fibery.

When we get data from an external source, using this feature is almost default, and it would be great to have it available in Fibery as well, being a default markdown feature.

It is already possible to link to an Anchor, but using a custom URL why use a proprietary format instead of the default defined format in Markdown?
