I can’t find a way to display **who** modified an entity—only the last modified date.

@mdubakov mentioned in this thread that it was implemented, but I can’t find it anywhere:

> [@\[✔︎ DONE\] Enable DIY Activity Stream view: "Last Modified by" and "Created by" should be added to default fields](https://community.fibery.io/t/done-enable-diy-activity-stream-view-last-modified-by-and-created-by-should-be-added-to-default-fields/181):

> Hi, Currently these two very basic and useful read-only fields are not included in the basic fields: “Last Modified by” : {User Name} “Created by” : {User Name} Adding these two will enable an “Activity Stream” type of view where all types are shown as card with no column and row, sorted by descending modification date. This much is possible now. But who modified or created a card will complete such a view. The other thing remaining will be recently commented items. How can recently comment…

It’d be great to access even more existing fields from the Activity Log directly.

`Created by` was implemented, but not `Last modified by`

+1 for this!

Just FYI, the `Modified by` property is available in historical reports, which might be a workaround until `Last modified by` is a field available in the database directly

It’s also available in the **Activity Log** , but like reports, it’s not as convenient as having it as a dedicated **database field**.

I’ve updated the title to make this a suggestion rather than a question. Since the field already exists in multiple places, hopefully, it can be a relatively quick addition if there’s enough demand.

I am bewildered by this lack of functionality. I’m trying to determine if Fibery would be better suited for my time and energy. I have been using coda, but have some issues with API integrations that have been a real problem, especially surrounding the canvas.

I love the selling pitch and fact Fibery is more inline with traditional db development. I am coming from that arena.

But my first task was going to setup my template table to which I would codify all my desired standard fields for future tables. I then I hit this, no modified by field.

Why you need this?
